Trouble Accessing the Member Portal?

Follow the steps below to resolve common browser access issues

Portalportal.saganpassport.com UpdatedJune 2026
We’re here to help. If you’re seeing an error when trying to access the Sagan Member Portal, please work through the steps below that match your error message. Most issues can be resolved quickly with these steps — and if not, we’ll take it from there.

Error Message

“This site can’t be reached”

This site can’t be reached
Please try these steps in order
  • 1
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

Cached or corrupted data can prevent your browser from loading the page. Clearing it forces a fresh connection to the portal.

  • 2
Try an incognito / private browser window

Opening a private window disables extensions and ignores saved data, which can often resolve loading issues right away.

  • 3
    Try a different browser entirely

If the issue is specific to your current browser, switching to another (e.g. Chrome → Firefox, or Safari → Edge) will confirm this and let you access the portal in the meantime.

Other Things to Check
  • Internet connection: Make sure your connection is active by visiting another website. If that also fails, the issue may be with your network.
  • VPN: If you’re using a VPN, try temporarily disabling it and accessing the portal again — some VPN configurations can block certain websites.
  • Antivirus / security software: Some security tools filter web traffic and may block the portal. Check whether your antivirus or security software is interfering.

Error Message

“Connection is not secure” or “Connection is not private”

Your connection is not private  /  Connection is not secure
Please try these steps in order
  • 1
Check your device’s date and time

If your device clock is incorrect, your browser cannot verify the portal’s security certificate and will block the connection. Go to your Device Settings → Date & Time and make sure it is set to update automatically.

  • 2
Check if your firewall or antivirus is blocking the site

Security software can intercept secure connections and trigger this warning. Add portal.saganpassport.com to the Exclusions, Whitelist, or Allowed Sites list of your antivirus or firewall / security software.

How to add a site to your security software’s whitelist

The exact steps differ per software, but the general process is the same:

    1. Open your antivirus or firewall software.
    2. Go to its Settings or Preferences.
    3. Look for a section called Exclusions, Whitelist, Exceptions, or Allowed Sites.
    4. Add portal.saganpassport.com as an allowed URL or website.
    5. Save your changes, then try accessing the portal again.
  • 3
Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP)

This is the issue we faced before. Some ISPs restrict certain domains at the network level. Contact your ISP and request that portal.saganpassport.com be added to your whitelist / unblocked sites.
